Payment Methods: Crowdspex accepts payment via major credit cards, bank transfers, or any other method outlined in the invoice.
Late Payments: A penalty of 2% of the total balance will be charged for payments that are more than 14 days overdue. Persistent delays may lead to project suspension until payment is resolved.

3. Revisions and Changes

Crowdspex is dedicated to delivering high-quality work tailored to client needs. To ensure this, we offer up to two rounds of revisions on all marketing materials and written content. These revisions are intended for reasonable changes within the scope of the project.

6. Confidentiality

Crowdspex agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information provided by the client during the course of the project. This includes but is not limited to trade secrets, business strategies, and personal data.
Both parties agree that any confidential information shared will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling the contract.
In the case of a breach of confidentiality, both parties agree to first resolve the matter through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

7. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation: If the client decides to cancel the project after work has begun, they will be responsible for paying for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. The 50% deposit remains non-refundable.
Crowdspex-Initiated Cancellation: Crowdspex reserves the right to cancel services at any time due to non-payment, unprofessional conduct, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the client will be billed for any work completed, and rights to all partially completed deliverables will remain with Crowdspex until payment is settled.
